This class incorporates every aspect of core training, targeting every muscle group in your core. It will aim to develop and strengthen this muscle, improving your balance, strength and movements.
Pilates
The body conditioning routine that will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and develo ping a strong core or centre, and improving coordination and balance.

Spin
This indoor cycling class provides you with a challenging workout which aims to improve your fitness and help you burn off those extra calories. You will be lead by a motivational instructor while you cycle away to an energising playlist of music to keep your body moving and your motivation pumping.
Functional Training - Women's Only
Designed for women only, this circuit training class strengthens your body and trains your muscles to work together, improving your coordination. This full body workout is practical and exercises your muscles in a similar way to how your body would be used in every life. It prepares your body for various forms of daily activity and maintains your body strength and endurance.
Latino Blast
Latino Blast is a fun filled program which includes a full cardio dance aerobic workout combining dance and muscle condition. Covering all areas of the body, it is suitable for everyone of all ages and fitness levels. We also cater at private functions for adults or children. Abs Butts & Thighs
This class consists of a combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises to enhance your abs, butt and thighs. This intensive class is designed to yield results, with our fitness instructor there to guide you every step of the way.
